Agreement

We agree to participate in Grand Haven ArtWalk by offering space in/at our establishment for artist(s) displays from September 18, 2013 through October 5, 2013.  We also understand that we will work exclusively with artist(s) to develop a location within or outside of our building and will offer a suitable amount of square footage for artist(s) displays.  There may be more than one artist displaying at my site, depending on available square footage.  To be eligible as a selected venue: - Your venue must be located within the Grand Haven Downtown Development Authority district - Your venue must be open to the public with no charge for viewing the art - During the event, your venue MUST be open (unless you have outdoor space or have art displayed in your storefront window) ~ From 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday- Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. - You understand that Grand Haven ArtWalk and the Main Street Downtown Development Authority is not responsible for damage that may occur during the event or for work that is left after the event  Basic Needs: As you will be working with the artist(s) to secure an area of your building, we would like to make a few suggestions: - Make sure the area is well lit and highlights the artist's work - Make sure the artwork is placed as to accommodate adequate public flow.  There will be a non-refundable $25.00 venue participation fee made payable to the Grand Haven Downtown Development Authority.
