Original plans for this weekend’s ArtWalk 2014 events included closing Washington Avenue from Harbor to First Street, on Satuday, October 4 from 6:00 AM – Midnight.  This would allow set up of an Arts Market in the street, the public art voting event, and a return of the 6th Annual Indie Rock Music Invitational.

With our stormy weather predicted to continue, plans are underway to move all events indoors:

·         “Sunday on the Grand” public art competition moves to The Harborfront Place, 41 Washington. noon-3p.m.

·         Arts Market moves to Tri-Cities Historical Museum, 200 Washington (2nd floor) noon-4p.m.

·         Indie Rock Music Festival moves to Dee-Lite Bar & Grill, 24 Washington 2p.m. on into the evening

At this time we anticipate Washington Avenue remaining open for vehicular traffic and parking.

Thank you for preparing for the unexpected with us – and welcoming our guests visiting GH this weekend!
